The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with helpful staff and a good breakfast. However, the rooms were exceptionally hot, making it challenging to have a restful night. The location was superb, just 2 minutes walk to the underground train/tram, but some areas were quite noisy. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, though somewhat simple. Overall, a convenient choice with good value for money.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Cologne Cathedral and the central train station. The rooms, though not as spacious as depicted, were clean and comfortable. The service provided by the friendly staff, especially the older gentlemen, went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The dining experience offered a good selection of items, but sometimes queuing was necessary. Overall, a great value for money stay despite some minor drawbacks.
